Ever felt like your’e unable to keep your focus for 10 minutes straight. worry not, it isn’t ONLY you that who’s facing it. We at current time or situation are facing it, majority since our economy felt stuck, shortage of wages, job stress, relationship issues, and whatever that’s stressing or sulking your mood away.
Lets take a look of how to de-clutter, make your brain refreshing, up & running so you get the maximum benefit of our human most powerful sector.
1) First De-clutter your Mobile Apps & Your Desktop. Read that phrase again. YES! by decluttering your mobile apps, narrow it down to only what you use often, would help you to gain some ind peace, same goes as your desktop. lets see this example, whenever you turn on your computer & seeing the desktop cluttered. Your mind activates a signal that you have so many task to do, like the is left half way, that is unfinished, I need to dump this in that hard disk, and so on. once you tidy up your desktop, trash out each and every unwanted, there will be a relief from back of your brain. why is this working? when we see a room full of mess, and imagine your living in it for months. you will feel stuck in anything you do inside, and those cluttering stuffs your eyes see, gives you a tired, fatigue kind of mood. But once you Clean all out, and tidy up your room you feel much more better in terms on mentally. Now you know why this Work.
2) Meditation. im not bringing this topic into religious ways, but into spirituality ways. meditation has a Huge impact of handling your mind waves, clutter out noise in your mind, negative thoughts, hormonal imbalance, bounce you back & forth for focusing your goals, better plannings, better breathings, better moods, & many more towards Positivity. Try meditation for 21-Days and check out the differences on your self. With ONLY 5 minutes to 15 minutes a day is enough to power your brain engine up. and whenever you feel like drained out. Sit anywhere that your comfortable enough, Meditate for few minutes and you will feel the freshness energy in yourself again. there will be so many thoughts or unwanted thinking buzzing through your mind when you first start, Close your eyes, Keep focusing on your 3rd eye, inhale and exhaling slowly, ignore noises and everything around you, you may feel things are going on slower around your side, like noises, thoughts, winds, each and everything that your body parts can feel. you will be amazed from the result of this small little practice that you take.
3) To-Do-List. Do not start by writing up heavy workloads that won’t be achievable in 1-2 days. try to summarise it and write little by little task to finish it. Example on building a website to-d-do-lsit. 1st task will be how research how many pages you need, think of a colour template which will reflect your brand, then craft a Logo for your Brand. and so on. this is the example that you should be following, instead of, 1) Website, 2) Digital Marketing, 3) Social profiles. while this way won’t get you anywhere because the whole 1) website itself is way complex to finish it alone in 1 day. Whenever you’ve finish the task list one-by-one, give a break for yourself, a tap on your shoulder to make. you feel better that you have slowly finish 3/10 task for today. By this way, slowly your able to complete al those bigger stuff that you feel your mind is clogged about.
4) Do not Overthink. you can have an active imagination, but prolonging that active imaginations through more and more stories is OVERTHINKING. Overthinking sulk your mood into negative dimensions most of the time. best way to avoid Overthinking is taking a deep breath and Stop Thinking. Shift your attentions elsewhere.
